Stuff-A-Truck 2024

Join us for our annual serving event as we collect various food items, and warm clothing, such as gloves, hats, scarves, blankets, boots, and coats. Lighthouse Mission has come to depend on our church yearly, and we look forward to helping the community in the upcoming holiday season.

We need cereals, peanut butter, jelly, diapers, wipes, turkeys, stuffing, gravy, vegetables, potatoes, macaroni, cookies, cranberry sauce, spaghetti sauce, etc. You can start bringing in your dry food items on November 16th and your turkeys on the day of the event because we have no place for storage in our freezer at church.

This is a church wide event, so that means that anybody can participate in volunteering to stock the truck, make the baskets, walk with the donation buckets and signs. You can sign up to serve here.

We need volunteers to help set up at 9:00 AM. There will be a prayer tent, so we need prayer warriors as well. If your teen serves with us they will receive a community service letter.

If you are aware of any families in need, kindly approach or email Rhonda Sayre to share their details. She will ensure that a basket is prepared for them. Additionally, please note that we provide Thanksgiving baskets to support those in need, and distribute them during the Stuff-A-Truck event.
